How we work through each service
Every watch that comes through our door is assessed on the bench before anything else happens. We look at the movement, note the condition, and put together a plain description of what we've found. From there, the appropriate service is agreed with you, priced clearly, and carried out at a pace that respects the mechanism. Quality checks, including reserve testing after winding work, happen before any watch is returned, and a simple written record follows each piece for future reference.
Crystal Replacement and Polishing
A straightforward fix for scratched or cracked crystals, matched to the case and fitted with a fresh gasket where needed. Suited to watches whose faces have taken knocks over the years. Light acrylic polishing is offered as an alternative when the crystal can be saved.
